How do I order?+
Pick a product, choose your size, paper and quantity, then upload your file and send the order. We reply with your exact price, including shipping, and a secure payment link. Your order goes to press once it is paid and your file passes our check.
What file should I send?+
A PDF works best. Use CMYK color, 300 DPI images, and add 0.125 inch of bleed on every side. JPG and PNG files are fine too if they are high resolution. Our file setup guide walks you through it.
How long does it take?+
Each product shows its typical production time, usually 2 to 5 business days, then shipping. Rush production is available on many products. Production starts once your file is approved and your order is paid.
What if something is wrong with my order?+
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. If it is a printing or production mistake on our side, we reprint it or refund it. See our Reprints & Refunds policy for the details.
