Terms of Service

These terms cover every order placed with PrintFlashy (printflashy.com). PrintFlashy is operated by Joshua David Lawless, doing business as Hot Diggity Digital, Danville, Virginia (“PrintFlashy,” “we,” “us”). By sending an order request or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. How ordering works

When you send an order request, we review your file and email you a price that includes shipping and any sales tax. Your order is accepted only when you approve that price and pay it. We may decline any order, for example if the artwork breaks the rules in section 4, and you will not be charged for a declined order.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and are confirmed in writing before you pay.
  • Payment is due in full before production starts. We accept major credit and debit cards through a secure payment link. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
  • If a price is shown in error, we will tell you before production and you can cancel for a full refund.

3. Your artwork and our file check

  • You are responsible for the content of your files: spelling, phone numbers, prices, dates, addresses and layout.
  • We check every file for print problems such as size, bleed, resolution and color setup, and we contact you if we find one. Our check is not a proofread. We do not check spelling, grammar or facts.
  • If you ask for a proof, production starts only after you approve it. Once you approve a proof, you accept the file as shown.
  • We may make minor technical adjustments so a file prints correctly, such as converting color to CMYK or adding a small amount of bleed. We will not change your design without asking.

4. Content rules and rights

You confirm that you own or have permission to print everything in your files, including logos, photos, fonts and trademarks. We will not print content that:

  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • is illegal, defamatory, threatening or harassing;
  • is sexually explicit or promotes violence or hate.

You agree to cover any claim, loss or cost we face because of content you provided. You keep all rights to your artwork. We use your files only to produce your order, and we will not show your work publicly without your permission.

5. Color and print variation

Printed color can differ from what you see on a screen, and small variations in color, cutting position (up to about 1/16 inch) and quantity (a few pieces over or under) are normal in commercial printing. These are not defects.

6. Production and delivery times

Production times are business-day estimates that start once your file is approved and your order is paid. Shipping times are set by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, reprints and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund before your order goes to press. Because every order is custom made, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once printing begins. If we make a mistake, we will reprint or refund it as described in our Reprints & Refunds policy.

8. Design services

If you hire us to design something, the design is quoted separately. You will see a proof before anything is printed, and the design price includes up to two rounds of changes unless your quote says otherwise.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost business or the cost of a missed event.

10. Who prints your order

Your order may be produced and shipped by a trusted production partner. We share only what they need to make and deliver your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Danville, Virginia. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
